An open plan living space flows through french doors to the patio and garden. Here you can enjoy the south facing sun from early morning until early evening. There is a downstairs cloakroom WC and porch for coats and shoes.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom, perfect for grandparents or 2 families without compromising on privacy.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 7. The master bedroom with ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe.

Towels, bed linen, travel cots and high chairs are provided with all bookings. 2 well behaved dogs welcome at this cottage.
Guests are free to use all amenities at The Bay, Filey. Leisure pass in properties for free access to the Leisure Centre, pubs and restaurants. Paid for activities can be booked directly through Aria.
